Holder benefits and AI credits

Official LOT token, first-25 mainnet terms, holder-waiver status, OTC XP and the first AI-pool calculation.

Official SIDELOT token

SIDELOT (LOT) is live on Robinhood Chain mainnet, chain ID 4663. The official token contract is 0xa3b6b325f7937f97b3df9f7ee654d7463c2382da, with 18 decimals. Verify the network and full contract together; a name or logo alone does not identify a token.

Token launch does not activate every holder benefit. The current exchange status appears above. Weekly AI allowances and Tokenized AI trading remain later releases. OTC trading XP is a separate wallet profile based on verified completed offers. View the token page.

Program status

Robinhood Chain mainnet OTC markets, the first-25 market fee rule and the official LOT token are live. The holder waiver requires its own verified exchange activation. The deployed v2 exchange includes the fixed 15,000,000-token buyer threshold and permanent first-25 fee routing on mainnet, chain ID 4663. ETH pays network gas. The public launch flow does not require a password; wallet approval and current deployment readiness still apply.

The first-25 rule applies automatically to production registry market IDs 1 through 25. It does not depend on the holder token or the AI program. The holder waiver activates separately through the guardian’s one-time configuration of the verified official Sidelot token and its decimals. A connected wallet, self-declared holder role or calculator example is not proof of eligibility. See the mainnet contracts and release evidence and current Product status.

Weekly AI allowances and AI credit trading are coming later. The separate OTC XP profile recognizes verified completed offers with a 250 XP cap; it does not grant AI allowances. Positive eligible holdings are intended to share a funded weekly pool, with their own verified holding history, service catalog and funding requirements. Solana is In Build for a funded-only release. Its new markets, offers and fills remain closed pending verified escrow deployment and acceptance. LOT holder waiver, first-25 fee routing and current XP accounting remain specific to Robinhood Chain. These planned AI programs are separate from the active Robinhood mainnet market fee rule.

Which fee does the holder waiver cover?

Once activated, buyers holding at least 15,000,000 official Sidelot tokens on Robinhood Chain skip only the 0.25% Sidelot platform component. The 0.25% launcher component remains. Gas is separate. Exact-transfer token compatibility still applies; the waiver does not make transfer-tax tokens supported.

The exchange checks the actual buyer’s balance at each fill, whether the buyer made a funded buy offer or takes a sell offer. A seller’s holding does not exempt a nonholder buyer. The guardian can configure the official membership token once; it is not a wallet-by-wallet grant or a replacement for token verification. Token launch alone does not activate the waiver. Check the current status above or Product status; the actual trade quote determines the current charge.

Funded buys reserve the maximum 0.50% fee budget because holdings can change between fills. Unused reserve returns on full completion or cancellation. Quotes show current eligibility but do not lock a later balance. Existing v1 offers and escrow remain governed by their original contracts.

First 25 market terms

Market IDs 1 through 25 in the registry linked to the fee-aware exchange permanently receive 100% of trading fees actually collected. The successful on-chain registration order determines these slots. There is no separate qualifying window, approval list, grant per wallet or additional entitlement for later markets from the same launcher. A preview, draft or unconfirmed transaction does not reserve a slot.

For a normal buyer, a first-25 market receives the full 0.50% fee. After the holder waiver activates, an eligible buyer pays only the remaining 0.25%, all of which goes to the launcher. The waived component is neither collected nor subsidized. Market 26 and later receive the standard 0.25% launcher component; Sidelot receives 0.25% only when it is not waived. These terms attach to the exact registry and market ID, not an unrelated market with the same token or name.

This rule is active in the production mainnet registry 0x56BF7Be2b80f9CB1AFD231320e616A9a5075EF43 and exchange 0x7881ba1c228c239897ec7B6973070c77E2Aa969D, both with exact source matches. The benefit is automatic, not a separate holder grant, and it does not make buyer trading free. Historical v1 contracts and testnet markets are separate. Check Product status, the live founding-slot count and the exact exchange before depositing; only a confirmed registration secures a market ID.

Your holder dashboard

My AI credits shows your current LOT holder status, the first provisional allocation estimate and any funded allocation records. Connect an EVM wallet or look up a public address. The page checks the official LOT balance on Robinhood Chain and shows the block and time. Any positive current balance meets the holder condition; the separate 15M minimum applies only to the OTC fee waiver.

First calculation, October 26, 2026: the completed October 19–26 UTC week produced 4.909037182506164207 ETH of verified LOT-attributed Pons creator-fee credits. The approved 25% share gives a 1.227259295626541051 ETH reference AI pool. The calculation covers 147 fee receipts and 275 candidate wallets, including 17 contract addresses still awaiting eligibility review. Its holder checkpoint is October 26 at 22:36:02 UTC.

This is an estimate of a future AI-usage budget. It is not an ETH payout or funded, spendable credit. No provider funding or USD conversion is implied. The estimate stays separate from the funded ledger. Failed reads appear as unavailable, never as zero.

Lookup cannot issue, claim or redeem credits. A later funded record identifies its service, holding period, allocation week and expiry. Lifetime allocations are historical; unclaimed, claimed and expired amounts remain separate. A historical estimate does not grant current eligibility after a wallet sells all LOT.

Revenue-funded weekly AI allowances

The approved calculation assigns 25% of verified LOT-attributed Pons creator ETH fees credited to escrow during the previous completed UTC week to the reference AI pool. Only matched, successful fee receipts count. OTC fees, unswept pending fees, token fees awaiting conversion, arbitrary deposits and the collector wallet’s total balance are excluded. Receipts credited to escrow establish earned revenue; they do not prove that funds remain reserved for AI.

A wallet must currently hold a positive official LOT balance. Its effective weight is the lower of its actual prior-week balance-time weight and its current LOT balance multiplied by one full week. The pool is divided in proportion to those effective weights. Time spent without tokens earns no weight. Selling down to a tiny balance limits the retained weight; self-transfers, same-time round trips and splitting wallets cannot increase their combined weight. There is no $100 per-wallet cap, fixed weekly dollar allowance or guaranteed value. Very small shares can round down; rounding remains unallocated.

Known burn, pool and protocol-custody addresses are excluded. Unidentified contract addresses remain flagged for review. Smart wallets and delegated accounts are not excluded simply because they contain code. Address eligibility and the complete current-balance checkpoint must be rechecked before a funded allocation is approved.

A calculated ETH share is not a provider balance or spendable allowance. Issuance still requires reserved service funding, an approved catalog, published usage rates and verified fulfillment. Provider choice is not implemented for every AI provider; each supported service needs its own integration and funding. XP has no automatic AI entitlement and any future bonus requires separate backing.

Credit weeks run Monday at 00:00 UTC to the next Monday. Future funded weekly grants keep that original expiry; claiming late, transferring or tokenizing them does not restart the clock. Each verified wallet can claim its recorded grant once when claims are activated. The provisional calculation does not itself create a grant or start redemption.

Trading Sidelot credits

The proposed marketplace trades Sidelot-issued service allowances. It does not transfer another company’s account balance, API key or provider credit. Each credit product must have a published service catalog and transfer rules before trading opens.

A listing reserves the offered credits, preventing the seller from spending or listing them twice. Each lot keeps its service restrictions, provenance and original expiry after transfer. Cancelling a listing releases only its still-valid reservation. Buying a weekly lot never restarts the week.

Payment and credit delivery need a verified settlement process with clear failure and refund handling. A browser saying a transaction succeeded is insufficient. Payment receipts must be checked against the exact network, contract, buyer, seller, amount and listing, and can be applied only once. This settlement integration is not active. The full local trading preview lets you test offers, partial fills, cancellation and receipts with sample credits and test currencies. Those actions are simulations in your browser and do not use your real holder balance.

The intended payment choice is ETH or Sidelot tokens on Robinhood Chain. The official LOT token is live, but AI token payments remain unavailable until the separate settlement integration and supported transfer behavior are verified. The AI marketplace fee schedule and supported services still require confirmation. ETH gas and any applicable token-issued transfer tax are separate costs. Purchased credits would be usable only for their specified service catalog and expiry, with no platform promise to buy them back. See AI payment and costs.

Use credits with compatible agents

We are building a Sidelot API gateway so approved Sidelot usage allowances can be spent in compatible agent apps, such as Hermes. This integration is not live. A compatible client would use a Sidelot endpoint and account key; Sidelot would meter approved model requests against a funded service allowance.

Choosing any AI provider is not implemented. Each supported provider and model needs its own authorized integration, published rates, funding and verification. The initial gateway foundation supports OpenAI-compatible text and function-tool requests; compatibility alone does not establish a working integration or service rights.

Credits would remain Sidelot-issued allowances. They would not appear in a personal OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or other provider account, and would not automatically pay for external tools, subscriptions or unsupported models. Before activation, scoped account keys, reservations, usage metering, failure recovery and client compatibility must be verified. See Hermes provider documentation.

Launch an independent AI market

Independent AI capacity is a separate planned product from weekly holder allowances. A new product or series requires an approved issuer and exclusive backing. Only the registered issuer may issue its credits. Each product identifies the issuer, models, published usage prices, expiry, transfer terms, reserved supply and delivery or refund policy. The holder pool does not fund independent sellers.

A seller must prove control of the fulfillment service and permission to offer that service to others. An API key or a screenshot of a provider balance is not sufficient backing. Provider credentials remain server-side and are never sold or revealed to buyers. Arbitrary provider account balances are not assumed transferable.

Once a series is approved and tradable, anyone may open a trading venue for it. A launcher can choose market details and the fee recipient without becoming the service issuer. Venue creation does not authorize issuance, draw on issuer backing or provide inventory: sellers may list only eligible credits they own. Buyers receive only the usage rights in the specified series. Rights, catalog, expiry and payment asset identify comparable chart history. The local trading preview creates a browser-only example venue for an example series; it does not publish a real market or accept a provider credential. See launching an AI market.

Surplus Intelligence is a reference for marketplace fulfillment: its sellers register authorized endpoints. Its own purchased credits are nontransferable under its published terms, so this is not a claim that Surplus credit balances can be listed on Sidelot. See Surplus seller terms.

Tokenized AI credits

The ERC-1155 credit contract and AI exchange, independent issuance ledger, mint/burn operations and receipt verifier are implemented and tested locally, but undeployed. Public HTTP actions, independent fulfillment and the paid-fill indexer are not connected. An ERC-1155 series represents a specific issuer’s AI usage entitlement. Each series must fix the service catalog and pricing version, denomination, expiry and transfer terms. Weekly holder allowances and independent seller capacity remain distinct series with distinct backing.

To prevent double spending, an account allowance must be locked before any token can be minted. Redeeming tokens must irreversibly burn them, with finality verified, before spendable account credit is restored. Retried transactions, chain reorganizations and partial failures require unique authorization records and reconciliation. No mint, sale or redemption may extend expiry or create additional backing.

A credit token represents a service entitlement, not ownership of an AI provider account, a guaranteed cash redemption or proof that a provider remains solvent. The existing coin exchange trades fungible ERC-20 assets; the separate AI exchange and bridge must be deployed, integrated and verified end to end before tokenized AI trading opens. See AI market documentation for current scope and the ERC-1155 standard.

What credit-market charts will show

Charts must be built from verified completed sales, never asking prices, pending fills or invented sample trades. Compare only credits with the same series, service product, denomination, expiry cohort and payment asset. Mixing expiring weekly grants with longer-lived credits would produce a misleading price.

Planned market views include open offers, price per $1 of nominal service allowance, completed volume, trade count, spread and expiry. Candles show open, high, low and close for the selected period. Gaps remain gaps when no sale occurs. An empty market displays No completed trades yet.

The local trading preview has separate simulated candles generated from completed demo fills. It begins with no completed history, and its test activity never enters real market volume.

A $1 nominal service allowance is a unit of usage pricing. It is not a stablecoin peg or a cash-redemption promise.

OTC trading XP and levels

The XP wallet profile recognizes verified OTC milestones on Robinhood Chain. Your first eligible fully filled offer earns 100 XP. Up to three additional milestones earn 50 XP each, each requiring a distinct market and a new counterparty not used for an earlier awarded milestone. The maximum is 250 XP per wallet in this release. Existing verified history qualifies automatically.

Self-trades, unfinished offers, repeated markets or counterparties, trade volume, clicks and market creation do not add milestones or multiply XP. Each earned milestone links to on-chain evidence. Failed or incomplete checks are shown as unverified, never zero XP.

XP is nontransferable recognition, with no cash value, redemption, airdrop entitlement or AI credit benefit. Referral bonuses, contribution awards and AI allowance boosts remain separate future programs. Read the XP rules and levels.

Get help with your account or market

Use Support to open and track a private ticket. Include the page, selected network, public market or transaction link, and the error you saw. Never send a private key, seed phrase, wallet password or API key.

Ticket submission, a staff reply, and resolution are separate states. Connecting or signing into support does not authorize a trade. Credit refunds and transaction recovery must follow verified records rather than a support message alone.
