A guide to what is planned

All seven features in this section are coming soon. They are not available to use, fund or settle today. There is no announced launch date. The descriptions explain the proposed experience and design boundaries; final terms and supported configurations will be published before activation.

Start with the animated visual guide for a simple introduction. Check Product status for the current product. Robinhood Chain is the main network; Solana has a separate beta workflow. These planned capabilities have their own release requirements. Read the Robinhood chapter for contracts and network details.

Start with what you want to do

You do not need to learn seven new trading terms. Start with the outcome that fits your situation.

Complex mechanics, a clear review

Every proposed flow should finish with a readable summary of the exact coin, amount, price, deadline, fees and delivery terms. Wallet connection does not authorize spending. An agent proposal, invitation link or eligibility check does not replace the required approval.

Where a feature holds funds, its custody, cancellation, finalization, claim and refund paths must be implemented and verified before deposits are enabled. A preview diagram is not a deployed contract. Robinhood Chain requires its own EVM contracts and verification before activation. In the existing Solana beta, supported Token-2022 tokens can use wallet-held trading, but Token-2022 funded escrow and mint extensions other than MetadataPointer, TokenMetadata and TransferFeeConfig remain unsupported.

What needs to happen before release

Each feature needs its own completed implementation, adversarial tests and release review. Features involving custody additionally require verified program deployment and explicit activation on the target network. Documentation must then identify the active addresses, permissions, exact fees and recovery paths.

A user should always be able to tell whether an action is a proposal, a signed listing, a funded commitment, a completed exchange or a claim waiting to be collected. Those states must not be presented as interchangeable.
